Adjacent to the "Twins" room.

The "Twins"
Located on the second floor of the main house. 2 Twin beds. AC. Adjacent to the "Millie" Suite. Private bath located on first floor.

Refund Policy: Please Read!

Kathleen’s Kottage is a small family guesthouse operating during the short summer season. Cancellations can have a significant adverse impact. We request you review this policy before booking and speak directly to Kathleen if you have any concerns.
Cancellations 14 days or more in advance will receive a full refund minus a PayPal credit card service charge.
Cancellations made less than 14 in advance and more than 48 hours of scheduled arrival will receive a full refund minus a Paypal credit card service charge contingent on the ability to rebook room(s). If the room cannot be rebook, a 50% refund may be made minus a Paypal credit card service charge. There are no credits or vouchers.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not refundable and no credits or vouchers will be issued.
There are no credits/vouchers or refunds when a guest voluntarily chooses to depart early and shortens the stay.

In light of Covid, this Refund Policy will be amended as necessary to protect the wellbeing of guests and owners.
