The Mildred Lynch Suite - The "Millie"
Located on the second floor of the main house. Queen-size bed. Ceiling fan/AC. Private bath.
Adjacent to the "Twins" room.

Peak Season $225 - 250 Shoulder Season $175 - 200
Rate is for up to 2 Adults. Can be combined with the "Twins"- call/email
Weekend rates based on 2 night minimum.

The "Twins"
Located on the second floor of the main house. 2 Twin beds. AC. Shared bath.
Adjacent to the "Millie" Suite.

Peak Season $150 - 200 Shoulder Season $125 - 150
Rate is for up to 2 Adults. Can be combined with the "Millie" Suite - call/email
Weekend rates based on 2 night minimum.

Peak Season July 1 - Sept 1 and all Holiday Weekends May thru Oct
Shoulder Season May 23 - Jun 30 & Sep 2 - Oct 20
Pet Fee $25 per night (not to exceed $100/week)

Kathleen’s Kottage is a small family guesthouse operating during the short summer season. Cancellations have a significant adverse impact. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds for cancelled reservations. We will provide a transferable voucher for use at a future date pending availability (good for 2 years from date of issue).
